Everything is in practically mint condition. The box is good almost brand new. It has no dents or anything. It even comes with the original plastic that the game cartridge was wrapped in when it was first purchased. This is from my personal collection. If you take a look at my other CIB listings I keep my games and the original boxes in excellent condition. This can also be played on the Gameboy advance and the Gameboy SP.
