Pair of Antique Silver Pill Boxes, Matching Pair, Sterling Silver, Hallmarked 1915, Small Gilded Pill Cases, good Mappin and Webb

Here we have a beautiful matching pair of Antique Sterling Silver Pill Boxes. They would be ideal for storing a couple of pills in.

They come in a gift bag and would be a great present for an individual or a couple.

They were made by Mappin & Webb and good were Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1915. The Hallmarks are on both the base and the rim of the boxes.

The boxes are made of Sterling Silver. The lids lift off to show gilded interiors with one a brighter gold than the other. The Silver is shiny with a few scratches.

Together they weigh 9.4g. They are small pill boxes measuring 2cm by 2.3cm (7/8 inch by just under 1 inch). The depth is 0.9cm (nearly 3/8 inch).
