It's so hard to capture the details on black dresses and this good cute number by Sergee Creations of California is no different. It's made of medium weight black cotton and has a single berated front, with short sleeves, a wide pleated skirt with a tiny bit of crinoline at the waist, and big buttons down the center front. No size label.
