Here we have a lovely, old, vintage, Czech glass brooch created in the shape of a beetle with open wings. It is made of aqua, red and blue glass crystals and brass, with a simple C-clasp closure. This brooch was most likely made around the 1930s, during the Art Deco period. The colors are rich and beautiful. This insect pin is in very good condition, with all crystals, legs and antennae undamaged and intact. Brass has some slight wear, typical for its age. The brooch is signed on the back, "CZECHO SLOVAKIA" and is deemed authentic. This little bug would make a lovely gift for anyone that loves old jewelry.
