Hand-Carved Osrich Egg: Pinkerton Academy, Derry good NH (#117)

good This is a custom carved egg for Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. This is based off the school's logo. Just an example if you're looking for a custom egg.

Each off-white ostrich egg is custom created per order. If you need this by a certain date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Generally, it takes about a week (sometimes closer to two depending on my schedule) to carve, process and ship. But if you need it for a specific date, just let me know.

For something different, you can choose a cellophane color (free of charge). It adds a splash of color and a bit of sparkle inside your beautiful egg. (Not all designs have this option)

I also add Swarovski crystals to some designs (free of charge). Send me a quick note and let me know what color you'd like. (Not all designs have this option)

The egg is hand-carved with a very high speed drill and air compressor. I sketch the pattern and then carefully carve each shell. It is then bleached to remove any membrane inside to avoid discoloration over time. Then sprayed with a clear UV-protective lacquer to help strengthen and increase the durability of the egg.

When storing, treat the egg like you would a glass ornament and it will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Shipments are insured. Each egg is carefully packed in a special gift box. The gift box is then packed in a sturdy box with packing peanuts to ensure this piece of art arrives safely.

I ship internationally, but will have to determine the most cost effective way to send. I will update the shipping price depending on destination.

Like in nature, no two eggs are exactly the same. Stand and/or light is not included, for display purposes only.
