REMEMBER good the Gunne Sax!

Brand new dress made from Simplicity Gunne Sax Pattern 9008. I was going through my old patterns and found this Gunne Sax. I really enjoyed making several back in the 70's and decided to again. This sundress is a really sweet piece of work!

As the picture depicts, two contrasting floral prints complement the pink/mauve small polka dot fabric of the good skirt. The bodice is mostly made with the smaller floral print, the center front with the larger print, and a placket of polka dot and lace down the center. All seams adorned with a dyed-to-match bias tape strips. A contrasting "collar" and 3/4" straps complete the bodice. This dress I have made the sash separate from the dress, it is not attached.

The skirt measures 25" in length and has two contrasting bands of both floral prints and edged in bias tape.

It"s a size 12, please measure carefully as I don't take returns. Bust 34, Waist 26 1/2", Hips 36".
