Hand Forged 7" Integral Bolster Chef's Kitchen Knife Carbon good Steel

This 7" kitchen knife was hand forged from O1 high carbon tool steel, and was hardened to 60HRc. It features a hidden tang construction with a forged integral bolster and a cherry handle. The blade is convex ground.

Integral bolster means that the thick metal transition from blade to handle has been forged from the same piece of steel as the blade and tang. This gives the knife excellent balance and unmatched strength.
