Bought a lot of watches at an estate sale. I do not know how to work on them, so Im not sure if they need new batteries or how to set them. Item will need to cleaned/polished. This one good is keeping time, I notice the Long red second hand isn't moving but the small second hand timer dial at the bottom is. #2.
