This is the Cthulhu palette by the discontinued indie brand Belladonna's Cupboard. The colors work excellent dry but are also water activated and can be used as eyeliner, body paint, eyeshadow cream, etc. They are super pigmented and go on nice and smooth! Some of the colors have been very lightly used or swatched, with one of the reds and one of the yellows used once with water *PLEASE SEE good PICTURES*.
