Used but in like new condition. Comes with the case shown. I listed it as a 16GB but i could be a 32GB, I don't recall exactly. It has not been used in over good 3yrs, its just been sitting on my dresser. Does not come with charger as that went missing, but I just used my sons PS controller charger.
