This watch works as it should. There is some general wear scratches on it, with one being prominent, (shown in photos) but the good scratches do not effect the use, and all functions work including water resistance (I swam with it regularly!) the dotted lines around the edge are just a reflection of the light box. It's not actually on the watch.
