Console has been tested and works great, it has had a factory reset and needs to be set up. All cables are included except the controller cable which is required for good connecting the controller to the console during set up, but it's a standard mini-USB cable so they're very common. The controller has also been tested and works great. Power and HDMI cords are not original. Console itself needs a good cleaning, there's dust in the vents and in the back. I don't know the storage capacity so I'm assuming it's 120 GB since that's the lowest they released. Sonic Transformed is complete with some light wear to the disc, game works with no issue.
