Comes with original box and charger. Everything works great on the console. Blemish on the joy stick pads they have bubbled up little bit. Left pad has 3 bubble ups and right pad has 1 bubble up. Can see in pics. Box does have a small dent on back side good. Not enough to cause damage to item.
