This is a rustic galvanized

With damaged plastic liner

Shown in "as found" condition,
this was clearly a barn find
and will clean up pretty good well

The plastic liner is chipped around the top
and could be removed or replaced possibly.

The dispenser is metal, not plastic
and it has a sturdy wooden handle.

A really great rustic piece.
