Swedish Modern wall hanging. Daisies by Aimo. Jie Gantofta Wall decor Large and Heavy. Made in Sweden by artist Aimo Nietosvuori in the sixties. Beautiful white and blue flowers. Handmade Swedish - Large and heavy. Scandinavian modernist wall hanging. A very impressive ceramic wall hanging with Stylished Daisy flowers
Aimo Nietosvuori, born 1933 in Finland. A legendary ceramist well known for his work at Jie Gantofta. The wall plaque is made of stoneware and handpainted. It has a glazed coating. During the 1960-70s Aimo made several wallplaques, all featuring wonderful Swedish wild flowers.
