I ship to the address provided on your “Etsy” account, so make sure it`s accurate. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

A refund will be made within 5 days of receiving the returned unusedundamaged, with VintageGoldByDaria shop metal seal item.

If a buyer removes the metal seal after delivery, heshe won't be able to return the item !!!!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and all additional payments such as tax ( 21% of the total cost, such a rate in Ukraine for the import of goods) !!!!

To be eligible for a voluntary return, you must return the product undamaged and in its original condition with the original packaging attached and an intact metal safety seal.

Important: Necessarily !!!! Before returning the product, send me a photo with a whole metal seal (the thread must be uncut)
