New Martinsville/Viking, Elegant good Plum Ruffled Thumbprint Ribbed Compote Bowl Vase.

This is a vintage Ruffled Glass Plum Color Compote Bowl. It is absolutely STUNNING. The Plum color is deep and perfect. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or any loss of color. The bowl has thumbprints or ribs on each section getting progressively larger as the piece flairs out into a ruffle.

There is no maker mark on the bottom and try as I may I had no luck identifying it exactly. The closest I came was New Martinsville/Viking, but even there I could not find an exact match.

This is truly a treasure and a very rare find. No matter who made it you will be pleased!
