If you implant your eyes to the case you can see some tiny scratches but if you rub your hands on it ~ it feels smooth enough to where it almost feels new~ almost. Back good of the manual has a tiny crease. Front and back of the disc are somewhat dirty in my opinion but the game runs without any issues.
