Vintage 1980s Black good Leather Cuffed Slouchy Boots Knee High Barbo 10.5

A pair of vintage 1980s black leather, slouch, knee high boots. Cuffed good for photos but could be worn up, as it isn't stitched down. Boots pull on with an elastic panel at the top back.
