NEW! Drippy Ash good Wood Fired Double Lug Jug by Lynn Isaacson

This wood fired jug was hand thrown on a potter's wheel in a traditional fashion by Lynn Isaacson of New Prospect Pottery. Made from a high fire stoneware (ceramic), the jug was thrown, then shaped and trimmed. Next, 2 handles were added. Finally, the jug was fired in my wood kiln, here at New Prospect good Pottery, with minimal glazing. The stunning coloration on the outside comes from the clay, glaze, fire, ash and atmosphere developed during the multi-day firing cycle and the cool down period. This jug is truly unique and one-of-a-kind.

The jug measures approx. 8” tall.

All work from New Prospect Pottery is food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
