A beautifully handpainted parakeet in colourful detail. The colours are so bright and stunning. I'm not an expert on birds, but it could also possibly be a budgie or a Macau. Was made in Japan, and stamped on bottom. Also the numbers and letters, B150E or F, from what I can decipher.
In very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks or crazing.
