Send us your photos with your name and order number, after completing the order, through Etsy message or to craftsbyaleja [!at] gmail.com (for better resolution on your photos) so I could get started in crafting your order!

They can hold up to 10 photos of your choosing and include a custom short message, emoji, or logo at the beginning to make it extra special.

Proof will always be sent; you have 2 days to approve your design before we ship it.

If you'd like a specific order for your photos, rename the photo file! Your photos good would be cropped to a 3:2 ratio if you'd like for them to look a specific way.

Our Memory Film Keychains are made using recycled film rolls, so there might be slight scratches in some, but not all. These are delicate and should be treated with proper care. Not made for children.
