LARGE FOAM HEAD!
If you're looking for a cartoon Otter foam head, this is the one! The foam is flexible, modifiable, and carve-able! And, it's big! Fit's from 21inch-24inch+! Enough to fit your glasses inside if properly cut! You can pick the few options that show available before purchase! This head can be modified to other species, you're creativity! The center line guides for an even symmetrical pattern. The ear guides are for position the ears as needed.
The sculpt was made in 3D (blender) and printed out with my 3D printer, and created as a mold and set for foam casting. The foam is extremely lightweight! The product has plenty of space for LED, padding, and more. The item is made when ordered! please allow a few days before processing starts. (rushed orders are an additional fee). The fur can be applied with hot glue gun!
SOMETHING TO KNOW ABOUT:
- When foam "ages" it turns into a yellow "stain" - This is normal!
- My preference when cutting the foam, I use OLAF 18mm carbon black steal blade, best on the market.
- You can choose to "damp" the wax coat on the foam off with warm water mix dawn dish doap. Or, you can use clear glue sticks from Walmart to have a better adhere with the fur in contact.
- The cheaper the duct tape brand, the better! I recommend 3M duct tape.
- If inserting strong magnets, hot glue will not secure it in the foam! Use another source of glue like E6000 or Cement Glue.
- Returns are only Acceptable within the 14day count, and only if the foam is not altered/edited/ect!
- When doing DTP (Duct tape pattern) and having a struggle with tape sticking on the foam, a trick is to use plastic seal wrap (kitchen item) - pin the plastic sheets onto the foam base to stay secure, then add the taping onto of it. good
