Comics are well secured and shipped in packaging designed to keep vinyl record albums safe in the mail - 200 lb. test corrugated with 32 lb. ECT or equivalent. All raw comics sold are bagged & boarded and some come with free shipping. Well not really "free" but it won't cost you any extra cause we're paying for it if it says free. Free means that it is paid for with what's left after the listing fees, marketing fees, value fees, postage fees, percentage fees of the actual postage cost charged to us as fees in addition to postage cost, packaging fees and several other related and associated expenses before the dog gets to eat and we try to feed him at least a minimally decent kibble when we can afford it and treats for being a good boy too whenever we can afford them cause he is a good boy even if some low ballers may not know it. We realize that the mailman and all postal employees have to eat too but unfortunately they do not work for us and we cannot afford to feed all of them as well even if every shop owner in the world pitched in to make their meals our responsibility. I reckon the US government is having a pretty hard time of it already. We can usually DISCOUNT most large orders. However we are not a wholesaler and we are not running a thrift store with government subsidized labor and tax breaks, a damaged goods and surplus auction house or going out of business. Everything must go on fire sale trying to move everything at any fraction of a dollar as quickly as possible. We can not accommodate low ballers asking us for large discounts on cherry picked items asking us to pay for all of the shipping expenses, taxes and associated fees that both merchant and customer would be responsible for if doing business in any other business setting if that info may save us both some time.
