We good purchased this for our daughter, because she HAD to have a pink 2DS. Although, she hardly ever even touched the thing. Therefore, all of these items still look and feel almost new. It comes with the bonus Magical World case. The case is brand new. We never even removed from the bag it came in. The console has a few minor scratches and dings, but all things considered, it's in remarkably good condition (see photos). You'll also receive an AC adapter, 4GB Lexar SD card, pink stylus and a SUPER cute Princess Peach stylus (it didn't originally come with the console, but it matches perfectly). I believe the original instruction booklet is kicking around here somewhere. If I can find it, it will also be included.
