Epson P-5000 Multimedia Storage Viewer Portable w/Original Charger and protective case. There is good no noticeable damage except for minimal scratch on the screen as seen in the third photo (towards top right screen corner), and the front (non-screen) side had the left grip bar repaired at the top (see then the photo). There is no problem with the operation.
