Vintage Cold Painted Gold Tone Floral Tied Bouquet Lapel Brooch with Rhinestones

A delightful tied bouquet of leaves and two flowers
with rhinestone centres.
The piece has been created from brass wire,
cut brass petals and a pressed gold tone metal
(possibly also brass) for the leaves.
The petals have been cold painted in soft reds and yellows
which has worn a little
We have good left the paintwork to maintain the integrity
and age of the piece.
The leaves have good detailing of the veins and leaf structure
and been formed from a pressed metal
and cold painted with green.
The stems are of eight brass wires
tied with slightly thinner wire at the base.
At the centre of the flowers are claw set rhinestones
one ruby, one amethyst.
The clasp is a simple catch.
We believe this to be from the mid 1930s.
