Gorgeous Bianco (white) pattern mustard pot with attached oval underplate, lid, and spoon in the Vecchio (old) shape by Richard Ginori, Italy. Vintage 1980 pattern is based on a collection created in 1740 with unique shapes and bright white embossed porcelain. The mustard pot has a good notched cover with a flower finial and abstract relief wavy design with basket-like weave band. Edges of underplate are gently scalloped. Base is marked.

Italian porcelain maker, Richard Ginori, was founded as a family business in 1735 Italy and produced high-end ceramics for 278 years before bankruptcy in 2013. The company was subsequently purchased by Gucci of Italy.

This versatile dish would be perfect for mustard, but also sugar, caviar, fresh ground pepper or master salt.
