Native American Indian Jewelry. This is a beautiful handcrafted Native American turquoise necklace. The necklace length is 18.5”. Santo Domingo people are masters of Heishi beads which have been around for hundreds of years. Heishi are getting much more difficult to find, they are labor intensive to handcrafted. The first heishi beads we're made from shells by the Hohokam people. This delicate necklace good has small natural pieces of turquoise spaced evenly along the bottom half, plus there's a 3"extender on the necklace. This is a beautiful pieces of older Indian jewelry !
