Groovy 1970's electric blue velvet wide leg super high waisted zip good front pants. Metal front zipper, paper size tag. These may have been hemmed at some point because they seem awfully short. I'm 5'6” and these hit my ankle. Marked a vintage 26, but will fit a size 2-4 best. Waist measures 14 inches (zero room for stretch). 14 inch rise. 26 inch inseam. 9 inch leg opening. Gently worn vintage condition.
