(POSSIBLY A COLLECTORS JEWEL) I Can't seem to find a face like it online, and only a couple of items listed underneath that Co. Name! This appears to be a Books Holder End. Also it appears to have a layer on the plaque missing(upper left)! Great Pre-owned Vintage Collectible condition! Porcelain Ceramic!
