A rare diminutive French white ironstone ointment pot. Circa late 19thC and decorated with a black advertising transfer good exhibiting a variety of stylised typography.

The underside of the pot is marked with an unidentified opaque porcelain mark from a local supplier to Strasbourg, very rare!

Dimensions:
3.3cm diameter
3.5cm tall

Condition:
There is a filled chip on the rim for display, along with some stable hairlines/striations and wear to the foot. A rare little pot in (almost) as found condition.
