This is a beautifully made sterling silver and 14k gold cigarette case that just came out of an old St. Louis estate. The sterling case features bands of 14k gold inlaid into the silver case. It was made by Blackinton good who were famous for their fine silver cases. The case is in very good working condition as you can see in the photos. It has a few small indentations on the top. The inside of the case has a pair of monograms and an engraved date of 1917. The case is marked "14K & Sterling". It also has a markers mark for Blackinton Silver Co. The lid opens and closes perfectly. The sterling and 14k gold case weighs 107 grams. The case measures 3 3/8" by 2 3/4" by 1/2".
