Vintage V. Bassano Hand Painted Large Covered Footed Soup Tureen Made in Italy This is an esquisite piece of handcrafted and painted Italian porcelain. The delicate flower petals on the lid are in excellent condition with no significant chips or cracks and no repairs. The covered dish is signed on the bottom. There is a hairline crack on the bottom side of the base, as seen in the photos. It is very faint and definitely does not detract from the beautfy, elegence, or display value of this vintage serveware. This is a large piece that measues approximately 20" wide x 11" tall.
