This dress is a cotton blend. It is an XS and does have some stretchability to it, but not to the extreme. It is fully lined and features a waist good cutout with braided strap accents. I LOVE dresses with cut outs and these cut outs are sooo sexy and trendy! I love that it ties around the neck- hot! It's new without tags. I tried it on and planned to wear it at some point, but "summer" eluded me. Now it's getting too cold here, and rather than let it hang unworn in my closet for the next 9+ months until Upstate New York gets its next 12 days or so of warmth to break up the monotony of constant depressing cold and snow, I'm thinking I would rather just sell it to someone else. Someone who either lives somewhere better, or has more patience than I do. Probably both. Lol! It retailed for $121 on Revolve and the Lovers + Friends site- now it is SOLD OUT completely.
