How to use Macra: Hold the device in your hand for 10-15 minutes. You may feel the brass warming up. This is okay. Hold in your hand for as long as comfortable. The crystals store energy and frequency. As you work with the crystals, it should become easier to access the frequencies of your Macra instrument. Later, you can keep at your bedside or on your desktop, as you like.
