The perfect gift for a Texas housewarming! Maybe you are a Texas Realtor looking for a little house warming gift to present to your buyers at closing? Do you have friends that are moving to Texas? Many of us do. Texas is the fastest growing state in our Union. If you are looking for the perfect housewarming gift, you found it!

This listing is for a 12" across, hand made Lazy Susan Turntable. It is made from real wood. It is a print good of my original artwork on a hand cut round, wood painted 3/4 inch Lazy Susan turntable. It has steel ball bearing hardware to make it go round. I cover the hardware with another 1/2 round piece of wood to keep it up off the table. I put felt bumpers on the bottom to protect the table.

I coat my Lazy Susan's with at least two coats of two part epoxy resin. The coating creates a super hard, waterproof, glass like reflective finish. It is hard to photograph the Lazy Susan's without having the glare from the reflection as you can see in the pictures.

I ship my Lazy Susan's in Pizza Boxes, and I am happy to enclose a hand made, Texas note card with a nice house warming note inside. The first six photo's are for the Texas Lazy Susan. The second set are for my Austin, Texas Lazy Susan.
