This is a magnificent verified D&E Juliana gold tone belt or sash buckle that can be used formally on a wedding dress, for a prom event, any formal attire. It is round and is reminiscent of a sunflower with multiple sizes and shapes of rhinestones interspersed with scrolled hearts in gold tone metal. No darkened stones or stone loss. One pinprick good of foil loss on central stone. Juliana was never signed.
