Vintage, Dorothy Thorpe Style, Cocktail Set, 10 Piece Glamorous, Silver Band, good Bar Set, Includes: Ice Bowl, Tongs, Tidbit Plate and Tumblers

This beautiful cocktail set has been carefully curated and includes the following 10 pieces: an ice bowl, tongs, a tidbit plate, and 7 tumblers! The ice bowl has a slight pedestal with frosted, textured good glass on the outer bottom and silver bands surrounding the top. The tongs are silver, hammered metal with claws on the bottom to pick up ice cubes. The square, glass tidbit tray also has a textured glass with a tiny, optic square pattern. It curves slightly upward to keep items in place and it has a silver metal handle in the middle with a loop finial. The Dorothy Thorpe style tumblers have optic panels and silver bands around the rims. The glasses use to have a thin silver strip under the silver band rim which has been washed off this set. This does not deter from the beauty of these glasses because all of them have the silver band intact. Except for the silver fade, this MCM cocktail set is in very good, vintage condition. This is a lovely set is perfect to collect, display, use, or give as a gift!
