This lovely candle lamp was made by Indiana Glass Company for Tiara Exclusives. It is their catalog number 466, Ice Blue Mushroom Lamp. Measures 4-1/4” tall. Two-piece ice blue glass dome and stand in the shape of a squatty mushroom. The outer surface is embossed all over both pieces with a crinkly corrugated pattern simulating a light rain. Modified from a mold purchased from Federal Glass Company. ••This is in as new condition. It good has never had a candle lit in it and was kept in a cabinet behind glass. No damage of ANY kind. The votive cup pictured is also included. This is a rare find in pristine condition and would be a lovely addition to any collection of fairy lamps or vintage glassware.
