Fabulous 50’s dress cotton fit n flare pleated LANZ Cottage Core Prim & proper Prairie frock gray with black trim/ size X Small 26” good W

I'm pretty certain this dress was never worn.if it was, it shows very little evidence.
Grey cotton with black top stitch pattern design. And a black zig zag type of trimming. Very cinched waist. Attractive, Buttons all the way up the back. It has a very “ school teacher “ vibe or I guess a more antique Victorian look. It is a bit longer than most 50's dresses. I also noticed it has a long bodice, so could be good great for a taller (thin ) person.
I love LANZ designs. They Always do something special and unique, that sets them apart. This one, I'd say it's the very high neck, the exaggerated waist, almost corset style in the back. See photos.
The way this one is cut, the measurements are not cut & dry. It has slight dolman sleeves, no shoulder seams. A very high neck etc.. so I did my best.
I'd say it's an XSmall. And I think the bodice needs someone that is not too short- waisted.
If you notice on my dress form, she wasn't tall enough therefore it blouses over in some photos. If she was longer it probably would of looked more accurate.
The dress is also quite long.
