here we have one Sanrio brand Kuromi ear pull parka, purchased from Sanrio Japan local shop in Sept 2020. It's NWT, authentic Sanrio merchandise that is both exceedingly rare and long sold out. The item features a detachable hood with muffler straps that you pull in order to make the hood's ears move. It's a pullover parka style winter and fall wear item, it says it's good for 79 - 87 cm (31 - 34 in) bust and good serves best for a height between 154 - 162 cm(60 - 63 in), so realistically it would be best for a small.
