Super cute and very rare sterling silver puffy cuff bracelet by famous designer “ELITE” made in and stamped Italy 925. Has gold vermeil and turquoise blue enamel sections. There is one small indention on the bracelet, but it is barely noticeable. I have a close up photo of it in the last photo. Also please see photos for exact measurements. Weighs 17.1 grams.
