Smoky Amethyst Crystal Scepter, Double Terminated good // Zambia // African Purple Amethyst Quartz Crystal Point Specimen

Smokey Amethyst Crystal Scepter good from the Mwana Lubaba Mine in Zambia.

This crystal comes from a rare and newly opened locality!

This crystal is an excellent purple amethyst with smokey tones and phantoms.

There are many red hematite inclusions towards the top of the crystal.

There is a large distinct white quartz scepter stem.

This specimen is nicely terminated with a minor double termination on the bottom end of the crystal body.

Zambian amethyst has similar coloration and formations to the more well known amethyst from Brandberg, Namibia, despite being ~2000 miles apart from each other.
