Fabulous mash up good Victorian gown

This fabulous and fun creation is a combination of several elements made into a gown suitable for a special event, maybe even a Halloween party. The top is a long line bustier with a few fun appliques. the attached skirt has several upcycled print and lace fabrics with a a bustle in the back... oh my!
