This has been tested and works well. Disk drive has been tested as well. This is for the console only. No power cord or controller (power cord can be bought for around $8 from GameStop). Fan seems to be slightly loud but doesn't seem to effect how it functions and wouldn't be able to hear good it when volume is on. I have multiple of these listed separately.
