I purchased it from the late Laura and Gene Mako's Estate sell. Laura decorated Dean Martin's, Bob Hope, and former president Gerald Ford homes (and many more). And Gene won the tennis Wimbledon doubles competition 4 times! Quite the glamorous power couple! This is a pre-owned item and not new. It has good normal wear and patina consistent with age and use.
