This vintage 1970s handmade afghan is crocheted in the classic granny square pattern, but instead of black the main color is a deep plum purple. The other colors are raspberry, pink, brown, violet, tan and cream. Nice combination for home decor that displays well. It's also a good size, 50 inches by 82 inches, and is shown on a queen size bed. Condition is clean with very little wear. It has no smells, damage or good broken fibers and there's very little pilling. This feels like good quality wool or a wool blend. I love the way these vintage crocheted afghans add warmth and style to a room, and this one is nicer than most. Add some live plants and a few candles, and you've got a great Boho vibe.
