This teapot is full of character with its written invitation to join the Party, a top hat base with white gloves draped over the rim, good a bottle of champagne with a pink rose for the lapel. It is in excellent condition. The piece is numbered 228 of 1999. It comes with a paper certificate and the original tag. The bottom features the piece number, Mr. Carters signature and made in England. This teapot is 9" wide x 9.5" tall.
