good Book of Mid-1800s Railroad Contracts

This lovely softcover book is full of several contracts and deeds between the Northern Railroad Company, the Central Railroad Company. There are several bends and creases in the pages. Each contract is separated by a paper that wraps along the side. No pages are torn. I came across this at an auction and bought it because of the lovely handwriting. Now that I've had some time to cherish it, I feel it's time for another train enthusiast to read its pages. There are some printed contracts as well as a combination of both printed and handwritten.
